最近，我的Microsoft 365 A1，Microsoft 365 A1P，Microsoft 365 E3 MSDN都出现了转发邮件失败的情况
提示如下
- Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
- admin@google.com
- Your message wasn’t delivered because the recipient’s email provider rejected it.
- Diagnostic information for administrators:
- Generating server: HKRPR99MB9527.apcprd06.prod.outlook.com
- admin@google.com
- Remote Server returned ‘550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)’
解决方法
进入【反垃圾邮件设置】：
https://protection.office.com/antispam
登录全局管理员账号，如图
下拉【出站垃圾邮件筛选策略(始终开启)】，点击【编辑策略】进行编辑
下拉【自动转发】，默认是【自动 – 系统控制】
将其修改为【打开 – 已启用转发】并保存
